The name joins Nava, meaning new, and Dhiti, meaning mindset. We started in 2019 to build technology that matters and open up careers for people who deserve the chance.

NavaDhiti was founded in 2019 as a software product and platform engineering company. We build scalable technology for customers across many domains, and we care most about work that drives social impact. Along the way, we set out to create careers for deserving youth from all kinds of backgrounds, to bring more women into technology, and to support the organisations doing good work.

We want to nurture a culture of self-governed professionals who hold themselves to high ethical standards, working with clients across India, North America and Australia.

Meet the founders

Bachi Allamsetty

Co-Founder

Bachi graduated from BITS Pilani in 1991 and went on to complete a Masters in Software Engineering. He started out at Tata Consultancy Services in Chennai and later worked with FedEx, IBM and British Telecom, both in India and abroad. He co-founded a business intelligence and analytics company in Bangalore. He also teaches, runs leadership training, and mentors startup founders. These days he consults with the Advaith Foundation as Chief Architect for a societal platform in education leadership.

Achaiah P M

Co-Founder

Achaiah has spent more than 20 years across account management, business operations, talent acquisition, and change and culture work, in companies large and small. He has been Chief of Staff to a CEO’s office, a COO, and led vertical and program management across IT, health and wellness, data science, education and medical devices. He has worked at GE Medical Systems (Wipro) and Wipro Technologies, and consulted for firms including Tibil Solutions, Icon Design, Delivery Centric and GRC Services.
